I have decided to became a Raw Food Vegan. After being vegan for many years I have realized that as far a health goes, it doesn't even come close to the benefits of eating raw. I've been back and forth with cooked food for a while, at most lasting an entire month exclusively raw. Each time I go back to cooked food I break out in an "induced fever" and get night sweats. It's totally crazy, but I've tested it many times to the point that it now causes me "pain" and is no more. I feel amazing without cooked foods so here we go into a new experiment! I feel as though I haven't even begun to see the real benefits!
